Abbie was born and raised on the Oregon Coast and Rick, originally from Santa Cruz, California has been growing Oregon roots for over 25 years. We bring a culmination of 7 years of professional experience beginning in Bend, Oregon where we matured as realtors, and we’ve been refining our service since.

Prior to working together as real estate brokers and starting Sams Realty, Rick owned and operated a general construction business, specializing in remodeling. His extensive knowledge of homes and building is gold. Abbie has a background in sales, marketing and office management and she effortlessly keeps clients informed and in the loop and transactions accurate and flowing seamlessly.
